Alan has over 20 years experience in running businesses as diverse as pharmaceuticals and satellite communications. He is a Fellow of the Institutue of Chartered Company Secretaries and before joining the firm was group company secretary of a FTSE 250 PLC based in the South.
Alan is responsible for the main administration functions of the firm (HR, IT, Accounts, Compliance and General Office) and he is committed to the firm being run on a best practice basis.
He Chairs the firms Quality and Risk Management and Environmental Committees and works with the partners on formulating the firms strategy and business plans. |
