New firm Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons came into being on 4 December after the merger of the South East’s largest regional firm and an established City firm.
The merged firm has 105 partners and a total staff of more than 700, with offices in Southampton, Winchester, Oxford, Portsmouth, Fareham and London.
Clients will now benefit from a greater range of specialist services, coupled with major geographical reach in the South East and a powerful presence in the capital.
The London office of legacy firm Blake Lapthorn Linnell will close next spring and the 31 staff there, including five partners, will move to the offices of legacy firm Tarlo Lyons in Farringdon which are being refurbished.
