Where issues arise requiring specialist advice outside the usual experience of the Firm, clients are advised of this and suitably qualified external practitioners are recommended to provide the necessary advice in a cost-effective manner. In these circumstances, the Firm may continue to oversee the matter if the client wishes, otherwise a direct relationship is formed between the external practitioner and the client.
