 | Brethertons are a long established firm of Solicitors, in fact the firm was originally founded by Count Ferdinand Wratislaw, a Bohemian nobleman related to Good King Wenceslas. We are renowned for holding wonderful Christmas parties!
Brethertons undertakes all kinds of legal work including all aspects of private client work (conveyancing, family, wills, trusts, and probate), agricultural and company commercial matters.
In 1995, Brethertons acquired a small Banbury based commercial practice and in doing so not only increased its commercial client base but also expanded its private client legal services into a new town.
Brethertons now has over 50 lawyers who provide legal advice to clients and they are supported by around 70 other staff.
The firm has invested heavily in computer technology. All are computer literate (although to be fair some are more so than others) and many operate voice recognition software programmes, which enable the user to produce documents without any secretarial input. |
