Caroline Havers was admitted in 1983 and joined the firm as a newly qualified lawyer. She is a partner in the dispute resolution department dealing with a wide range of commercial disputes. Caroline has a depth of experience acting for banks and other financial institutions. She also now deals with a broad range of international trade and shipping disputes and other related shipping work. In addition, Caroline provides risk management advice to corporate clients to assist their strategic planning.
She is the partner responsible for the Bromley office, which undertakes volume legal process work for the banking & finance sector, including remortgage, conveyancing, debt recovery and mortgage possession.
