Caroline gained BA in Law in 1981 (MA in 1984) at Newnham College, Cambridge. She was trainee at Rubinstein Callingham (now part of Manches) from 1982, admitted as a solicitor in 1985 and was made partner in 1987. He was a partner in Olswang from 1988 and joined Wiggin & Co in 1995 as a Partner to start and head up the firm's Litigation department. Her expertise is in commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on the media sector, including defamation, privacy, confidence, copyright, trademarks, passing off and contractual disputes. Caroline is well known and respected for her defamation work. Clients view her as a reliable team player who is strong in a crisis and a "tough negotiator". |
