Based at Hewitsons Northampton Office, Caroline Lewis is the firm’s Director of HR, Partnership Secretary and a member of the Management Board.
Caroline holds a BA (Hons) degree in English Literature and an MBA. She joined the firm in 1990 and was appointed a Director in 1996. Over the years Caroline has also provided HR support, training services and management consultancy to a range of our clients.
Caroline is responsible for all aspects of HR including resourcing, recruitment, learning and development, performance management and reward, personnel management including all policies and procedures and structural and cultural matters. She led the firm’s attainment of and now leads the firm’s management, assessment and retention of the quality marks for Investors in People and Lexcel. Caroline recruits the firm’s Trainee Solicitors and manages and monitors their professional development throughout their Training Contracts.Caroline also holds wider responsibility for the firm’s overall administrative supporting body. As to strategic business development, Caroline works closely with the Managing Partner and the Management Board in researching, planning and implementing business strategy. |
