Chris studied from University of Southampton (LL.B) and was admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales. He was previously in-house Solicitor at Ladbroke Group plc (now Hilton Group plc) and is also fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Chris was admitted to the Guernsey Bar in 1988 and is a partner since 1992. He specialises in commercial property development and finance transactions acting for landlords, tenants and funders in significant office and retail developments, advising and structuring and insurance protected cell companies. Chris has a wide experience across the spectrum of commercial transactions. |
