Chris is a New Zealander who has been in practice as a solicitor for nearly thirty-five years. He joined GCL over twenty years ago. From the early 1990s the firm has specialised in residential land acquisitions and sales. Chris is the managing partner. The firm has quadrupled in size in the last five years. Chris is involved with the other partners almost exclusively in land acquisitions although he does carry out a supervisory function with unit sales. Chris has been involved with sales launches abroad for major developers to foreign buyers from time to time in the last few years. |
