Career :	After moving to Preston from Manchester in 1980 Chris spent many years as a Land and Property Lawyer within the New Towns movement. In 1998 Chris completed his study of Management with the Open University and took up a position in Legal Practice Management. Chris chose to concentrate in HR Management after additional training within the Lancaster University school of Management.
