 | Colin Ng & Partners was established in 1988. We continually seek to move beyond being mere competent legal service providers. We are the only Singapore law firm to establish a presence in Beijing and Hong Kong and enter into joint law ventures with international law firms. We were also amongst the first law firms to set up offices in the Singapore Science Park and Toa Payoh HDB Hub, catering to technology based clients and serving HDB conveyancing clients in these respective offices. We seek to add value to the services we provide to our clients.
Today, our unique country-specific practices are focussed on facilitating the growth of investments into and out of upcoming Asian countries such as China, India, Australia, Malaysia and, of course, Singapore.
With about 150 personnel, including more than 50 lawyers qualified under various jurisdictions, in our various offices, we strive to provide legal solutions which are innovative, pragmatic and customer centered. Leveraging on the collective legal and practical expertise of our legal teams, our understanding of our clients' businesses and objectives and the industry practices, the business and financial inputs and support of our business professionals, our aim is to provide value add beyond the level of our clients' expectations.
Our emphasis on harnessing technology to facilitate our practice of law has benefited our clients in many ways. By streamlining the flow of our intellectual assets we are able to devote the time saved to better serve our clients. Our efforts have been well recognised in the industry. We were awarded the prize for "Best Developer" in the inaugural CCH Technology Awards 2003 (Singapore). This award recognizes and rewards outstanding developers and implementers of technology in the legal industry.
