He practises in all areas of corporate and commercial law, specialising in securities, acquisition, project and film financing, investment funds and joint ventures.
David joined the group as an Associate in the London office in March, 2004. Prior to that he spent over a year as an associate with Conyers Dill & Pearman in the British Virgin Islands. In addition, he practiced in London for three years with Sidley Austin Brown & Wood and four years with Clifford Chance, where he specialised in international capital markets. David gained additional experience during secondments to the Hong Kong and Tokyo offices of Clifford Chance as well as to Goldman Sachs in London.
David graduated with honours from the University of Cambridge with a B.A. and an M.A. and attended the College of Law in London. He trained with Clifford Chance in London and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1995 (now non-practising), Hong Kong in 1997, the British Virgin Islands in 2003 and is registered with the Bermuda Bar. |
