 | David Wineman was established in 1981 as a specialist commercial and media practice. The founding partners, Irving David and Vivian Wineman, were previously partners with leading London law firms. Their objective in setting up the new firm was, and remains, to provide the highest standard of service and legal advice coupled with a level of personal commitment and involvement in each clientÂ’s affairs that is so often lacking in larger firms.
The partnership has expanded in response to clientsÂ’ needs and now provides a broad spectrum of services across the areas of commercial and media law.
Clients range from private individuals to public companies, with UK and international interests. A considerable amount of work is undertaken on behalf of other professional advisers, especially accountants and overseas lawyers.
Since 2002, David Wineman have held the Law Society's Practice Management Quality Mark, Lexcel. The Lexcel award is only given by the Law Society to those practices and legal departments that have been independently assessed on an annual basis as having met the mandatory aspects of the Law Society's practice management standards.
