Derek is the firm’s Managing Partner. His role is to drive the business forward and ensure the consistent delivery of high quality services to our clients.
Before being appointed to that role in 2004, Derek led the firm’s Banking & Property Finance Group. He is still a member of the team and his client practice is principally in the field of banking and finance law where he has considerable experience and expertise. Derek regularly advises clients in relation to property and acquisition finance transactions. In addition, he is frequently involved in advising on cross border securitisation transactions. |
