Douglas B. Glass leads the firm's energy and global projects practices in London and serves on the firmwide management committee. Mr. Glass' principal areas of practice are cross-border transactions, international law, project development and finance, and mergers and acquisitions, with a special focus on energy and EMEA matters. Although based in London, he travels frequently to the firm's Moscow and Dubai offices.
Mr. Glass has represented public and private companies in all phases of their domestic and international business activities for more than 25 years. He has worked on infrastructure projects, financings and acquisitions, and dispositions of companies and their properties with a wide variety of structures and in a number of foreign countries. In addition to his extensive experience in Russia and the CIS, he has worked on large infrastructure projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, principally in the energy area. |
