Drummond Miller has one of the biggest Court of Session practices in Scotland and acts as Edinburgh agents for over a hundred firms of solicitors across Scotland. The firm also operates one of the biggest estate agencies in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.
An important part of Drummond Miller's business involves representing the clients of other lawyers. We act on behalf of over 150 Scottish firms at the Court of Session in Edinburgh. We also accept instructions from lawyers in other parts of the world who require to raise an action in a Scottish court.
Drummond Miller is the Scottish member firm of the Trans European Law Firms Alliance (TELFA). TELFA has its headquarters in Brussels with member firms throughout Europe.
