His areas of specialisation includes recruitment & resourcing, training & development, compensation & benefits, staff relations & welfare and managing the firm's personnel and training team. Geoff joined the firm from a top 10 firm of chartered accountants where he was National Staff Partner and has over 15 years experience in personnel and training. He is a qualified chartered accountant and has first hand experience of working as both a fee earner and partner within a professional service firm, which has helped him gain an invaluable insight into the challenges faced in these roles. He also has experience in providing HR consultancy services to clients, runs the firm's residential management development programme and is an accredited Investors in People consultant. |
