 | Two of the county's major law firms, Hatcher Rogerson and William Hatcher Partnership, joined forces on 6 April 2005. The union has created one of the largest legal practices in Shropshire and will be known as Hatchers.
With a workforce of close to 100, Hatchers offers clients access to a vast pool of specialist knowledge and expertise.
Hatchers draws together Hatcher Rogerson's solid client base in core areas of the law including company, litigation, family, criminal and conveyancing, and William Hatcher Partnership's successful niche corporate, commercial property, and wills and tax planning practice.
Chris Wilson was quoted as saying "The two firms complement each other and the new firm of Hatchers is perfectly placed to offer a competitive and comprehensive legal service well into the future."
Lyndsey Pollard is confident that the union will safeguard the philosophy, shared by both firms, of providing sound advice and quality legal services. She said: "Hatchers combined strength and resources will ensure that we maintain our standards of service and guarantee an exciting future."
