 | In 1996 John O'Connell, Mark Hobbs and Philip Howell, partners in a prominent firm, felt that a need existed for a more personal, cost-efficient legal service that focused on specific areas. This shared belief led to the establishment of Howells.
Drawing on their vast experience, the partners opened their doors and quickly developed a reputation for providing a highly personal, expert and effective service. The practice quickly developed to incorporate further partners, associate partners, solicitors, conveyancers, legal assistants and a highly professional support team.
Today, the firm maintains its standards by only employing the highest calibre staff and has established three other offices alongside the headquarters, based in the heart of Cardiff.
