Jamie, our managing partner, joined the firm in 1996. For the last ten years he has been undertaking criminal defence work, successfully defending the whole spectrum of cases from theft through to manslaughter and murder.
Now married with two young children he is moving away from sex, drugs and violence and into defending proceedings in the Regulatory sector including prosecutions brought by the HSE, Trading Standards and other local government agencies. He is also in the process of developing a niche practice dealing with Criminal Justice Act receiverships arising from the new Drug Trafficking and Proceeds of Crime legislation. |
