In her own consulting business and as a partner with Corporate Vision, her work has primarily been in the areas of organisation development and change management, human resource policy development, executive team effectiveness and leadership coaching with clients spanning most industry sectors - including construction, energy, fast moving consumer goods, financial services, professional services, public, retail, transport and telecommunications.
Prior to her consulting career, Jan had 14 years corporate experience in the whitegoods, automotive and petrochemical industries - including holding a number of key senior human resources roles with Mobil Oil Australia. |
