Jo is the IT Manager for Vertex Law, responsible for the computer systems and telecommunications for the firm. Working with Vertex from the beginning she has been able to design and implement the best technology infrastructure to ensure Vertex achieve its goals of being fast and efficient. Her day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the staff with their use of the system, enhancement and development of the network infrastructure as well as investigating future technologies that may be of benefit to the company. Jo enjoys the challenge of working with a young company, and particularly enjoys problem solving, both in finding technical solutions to the company's requirements and resolving technical issues. Before joining Vertex, Jo worked for over 6 years in the IT Department of a law firm in Kent, after which time she worked for a software development house specialising in anti-spam software to widen her experience. |
