John leads the Information Technology team and is charged with developing and implementing IT strategies consistent with an expanding firm. John has extensive experience in developing the IT capability of fast-growing organisations from his last two roles. He previously worked as UK IT Director for global real estate consultants CB Richard Ellis and prior to that, he held a number of management positions with Lloyds TSB's Life Assurance group, Black Horse Financial Services. |

John's hobbies are dominated by his involvement in a musical theatre group in Leigh-on-Sea where he is often seen treading the boards of the local Edwardian Theatre. John also enjoys travelling, fair-weather golf and DIY and is a recent convert to the black art of garden construction. |
