 | The firm Julienne Penny and Associates was established in 1988 by Julienne Penny (who is now a Judge of the Family Court of Western Australia). Ms Penny had earlier practiced in Fremantle out of the offices of Parkinson Penny which had formerly been known as Cockle Parkinson.
The firm continues to have extensive practices in family law, personal injuries, crime, general litigation, probate, criminal law and other areas.
Their client base is made up largely of members of the general and small business communities. A significant amount of their work is performed for former clients or as a result of former clients and others referrals.
