| Kelcey and Hall have been established for over 20 years. The Criminal Law department is headed by Ian Kelcey, assisted by two other partners Nicholas Clough and Amanda Thornton.
Ian is Chairman of the Criminal Law Solicitors Association. We are one of the largest criminal law practices in the South West and we believe in proactive defence. We are members of the Serious Fraud Panel and we have defended in some of the largest and most notorious cases throughout the Country.
