Lucie heads up our Private Client Team and is involved in all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration. Lucie also drafts Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and as a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, is involved in Elderly Client matters and Court of Protection work.
Lucie has a keen interest in our charity work and is involved in the formation of all new Charities as well as the ongoing administration of existing Charities that the Firm has established and continues to support.
In addition to this, Lucie is a Partner in the Family Team and is involved in a variety of matters covering the broad spectrum of the department's practice but with a particular emphasis on children cases. Lucie also oversees the running of the Property Team in her role as head of Private Client, having retained an interest and understanding of property related issues which proves invaluable both when dealing with matrimonial finances and probate and estate planning |
