Mark is the firm's Managing Partner bringing more than 15 years experience of law firm management to the role. Mark's area of legal specialism lies in commercial and Intellectual Property litigation but he now devotes his time exclusively to the management and organisational development of the firm and its operations in London, Leeds and Manchester. He is primarily responsible for the overall business operations with management responsibility for finance, IT, marketing, human resources and facilities. He has extensive experience of strategic planning, business planning, change management and partnership development issues, all of which have led to him being a frequent speaker on technical and management training courses. |
