Martha Collins Rolle is the managing partner of the London office. She has a broad practice emphasizing cross-border project management, sports and entertainment law, and an extensive background in financings of all types including telecommunications, vendor and energy financing, structured financings, derivative transactions as well as general corporate and commercial transactions. She was one of the leading negotiators for the Anschutz Entertainment Group in acquiring the rights from the British government to redevelop the Millennium Dome in London and build a 20,000 seat sports and entertainment arena, and has been active in the related planning process. |
