Martin Hunt is the head of Bracewell’s London office and practices from that office and the firm’s Houston office by appointment. Mr. Hunt specializes in the area of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings, both national and international.
Mr. Hunt has been a member of the Corporate and Securities Section for over eleven years. Prior to that time, he practiced law for several years in the corporate section of Slaughter and May, one of the largest law firms in England, gaining experience in international mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
