Michael joined the firm as a trainee, qualified in 2000 and swiftly rose through the ranks to head the Property Department.
Managing a youthful team of property solicitors, Michael is especially adept at coaching them to improve their knowledge and service to clients. Mike's role no longer incorporates fee-earning work which enables him to concentrate fully on the department and the development of the team.
In 2007 after assisting in finalizing the management buy out, he smoothly introduced the "HIPS" programme to staff & clients and is at the forefront of the department’s development and growth. |
