Michael is an employment solicitor and works out of each of the firm's offices in Reading, London, Cardiff and Swansea.
Michael is Clarkslegal's Managing Partner and head of the firm's Employment law team. He graduated from Southampton University with a first class LLB honours degree and obtained honours in the Law Society Finals. He specialises in employment law work, handling both contentious and non-contentious business and appearing as an advocate in tribunals. He has also been much involved in providing in-house legal training for the firm's clients, including a number of household name companies. Michael trained at Clarkslegal, and became a partner in 1978. Michael is a member of the Employment Relations Panel of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and the Employment Lawyers Association. |
