Nick Angel is a partner in the corporate department in London and head of our restructuring and insolvency practice. He advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including cross-border M&A, private equity deals, joint ventures and reconstructions. He has particular expertise in non-contentious corporate reconstruction and insolvency law and his clients include insolvency practitioners, companies in financial difficulties, their directors and creditors and investors in troubled companies.
Between 2000-2002 Nick was managing partner of Ashurst Germany and a member of the board.
