Paul Ratcliffe is the HR Manager at Taylor Vinters and has over 10 years' experience in personnel. Paul studied modern languages at London (Westfield/University College/School of Slavonic and East European Studies), Paris (IV, Sorbonne) and Cambridge (Selwyn) (1974-9). He supplemented his linguistic training with translator qualifications from the Institute of Linguists (MIL, DipTransloL) and Institute of Translation and Interpreting (MITI) in 1990, while completing his MBA (1992). Paul has a background encompassing IT, production, operations and project management, linguistics, HE/FE and publishing, as well as HR.
Prior to joining Taylor Vinters, Paul was lecturer in management at Anglia Polytechnic University, Production and HR Manager for Alpha CRC Ltd (a Cambridge-based and international software localisation company), and Production Director for Berlitz-Fukutake (UK) Translation Services. |
