Paul Sanderson is the Managing Partner and founder of HGF Law.
His experience includes being a commercial manager with Marks & Spencer plc and an intellectual property partner with DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Carey and Pinsent Masons. Paul’s experience ranges from pan-European brand and design clearance advice to multinational patent litigation,national and international trade mark and design litigation, advice on anticounterfeiting and corporate brand protection policies, IP acquisitions and disposals and worldwide licensing and technology transfer.
Paul lectures at client and external events in respect of IP identification, exploitation
and protection. He has written for a wide range of journals and for the national press. He lectures on intellectual property at various UK universities and presents on the firm’s proprietary IP Master Class programmes.
