He has specialist experience with all matters involved in commercial property including sales and acquisitions, property development and project financing, infrastructure development and leasing.
Paul has acted in a significant number of large property transactions on behalf of buyers, sellers and mortgagees. He has also been extensively involved with the leasing, management and sale of many principal shopping complexes Australia-wide, and has represented developers of Central Business District apartments.
Paul also has expertise in the realm of rail infrastructure and transport matters and has represented government departments and government-owned corporations on a number of major developments and transactions.
Paul is the principal legal adviser to the Queensland Art Gallery and the Queensland Art Gallery Foundation. |
