RACHEL BOLDEROW joined the firm in September 2006 as Executive Director, bringing with her a fresh and innovative management style.
Rachel’s responsibilities within the firm cover daily operational duties including IT, Human Resources, and Finance, through to marketing, customer service, business strategy formation, and implementation.
Despite studying to become a Solicitor Rachel’s attention soon turned to Business Management specialising in Law Firms, and she has followed that route for the last 5 years.
Rachel’s keen interest in the changing Legal Environment is currently focused on the Legal Services Bill and the changing management structure of law firms to rely more on business specialists rather than managing partners to maintain market position and profitability.
Rachel has also worked in Management Consultancy roles at Board Level in Construction, Distribution, IT and Finance.

Out of work Rachel is normally seen travelling from one end of the country to the other between Racecourses attending Race meetings. Rachel has previously owned racehorses, and is known to like a flutter! Rachel also makes the most of living near York by regular shopping trips.
