Richard Musgrave gained LLB at Bristol University and got qualified in 1978. After training and working as Assistant undertaking commercial litigation in Grays Inn, he joined Whatley Weston & Fox in 1982 and became a partner in 1983. He has extensive experience in litigation in the High Court including the specialist lists as well as in the County Court. He is a Deputy District Judge and sits regularly at Birmingham and Dudley County Courts. |
