Richard joined Addleshaw Goddard as Director of Business Development in November 2004.
He is responsible for overseeing the firm's client development and strategic growth initiatives and he sits on the firm's Management Committee. He spends time talking to client organisations to understand what they require from a law firm to make their businesses even more successful.
Richard also works very closely with the firm's Divisional Managing Partners to drive the delivery of a client experience that has the following characteristics:
