Richard joined Morrisons in 1988, and set up the firm’s Company and Commercial team in 1994. One of Richard’s major achievements was to lead the firm in its substantial growth period from 2000 – 2006.
He trained with Andrews McQueen in Bournemouth, and gained further experience at Pringle Noel & Co in Redhill after qualification, before setting up his own Redhill practice in 1985.
Richard’s expertise spans an impressive three decades, during which time he has provided numerous owner managed clients with invaluable advice around business acquisitions and disposals. He also advises corporate clients on general and strategic issues, general corporate and commercial transactions and management buy-outs.
Richard says one of his most interesting deals was to part-exchange a private school with a fast food outlet. |
