The position of Director of Marketing and Business Development was created in December 2001. Robert was appointed to sit on the Management board to ensure that practice development and Marketing were given a much greater priority.
Robert has created an integrated marketing strategy that incorporates public relations, advertising, promotion, affinity marketing and direct mail. This has helped to raise the Firm's profile and spread the message that we are a modern, approachable and professional Law Firm.
Robert has also taken responsibility to ensure that all marketing is directed so that key objectives are met.
