Born in 1964 Robert qualified as a solicitor in 1989 joining Underwoods as an assistant in 1991 and equity Partner since 1997. He is the firm's Managing Partner. Robert has a wide range of advocacy experience including appearing at employment tribunals, magistrates and county court trials where he has conducted multi-track trials opposing counsel. He is responsible for the day-to-day decisions on risk management at the firm. Robert has risk assessed in excess of 3,000 cases. |
