Rod Meade joined the firm in August 2006. He will lead and develop the Finance team and its systems, provide commercial advice and financial management including cash resource management, budgeting, business planning and preparation of the statutory accounts. Rod will also be responsible for ensuring systems are in place to manage all aspects of risk as well compliance issues including the requirements of the law society and other regulations. Rod has extensive experience of finance within professional services firms. He was previously business manager for two practice areas at Allen & Overy. Prior to that he held senior finance positions at Deloitte and Touche and Ince and Co. Rod began his early career at Binder Hamlyn BDO and BUPA.
