Roger Parker was appointed Managing Partner, Europe and the Middle East on 1 January 2007. Previously, he was the Managing Partner of Richards Butler and Group Manager of the European Litigation Practice at Richards Butler.
Roger is an accredited mediator of the Centre for Dispute Resolution in London and has considerable experience in mediation, as well as having sat as an expert determinator. He has extensive experience not only in the management of major commercial disputes, but also in advising clients on all aspects of risk allocation and management and contractual and professional liabilities. His current role has enhanced his commercial experience and Roger is currently Client Relationship lawyer for a number of clients in the accountancy, legal services and banking sectors.
Roger is listed as one of the United Kingdom’s leading litigators in Euromoney’s Guide to the World’s Leading Litigation Lawyers.
He has recently been appointed a Director of The Solicitors Indemnity Mutual Insurance Association Limited (“SIMIA”), a mutual insurance organisation for many of the UK’s leading law firms. |
