A Russian national and English-qualified solicitor, Roman Filatov has experience in advising on various corporate and commercial matters, including IPOs; private equity finance; corporate structures (including offshore); loan restructuring; and supply, franchise and distribution agreements. Mr. Filatov also has advised clients on various stages of dispute resolution in the United Kingdom, including commercial litigation, international arbitration and mediation.
