 | A specialist family law practice founded in 1992, by Rupert Bear, an established Nottingham family solicitor. The firm encompassed the family law practice of Eversheds, Nottingham and in 1996, was supplemented by the arrival of Murray Davies as partner, bringing with him in excess of 16 years experience in the field. Sarah Heathcote became a partner in the same year, having been with the firm since its inception. Both Murray and Sarah specialise in high value matrimonial finance matters. Upon Rupert Bear's retirement in 1999, Isobel England, with some 20 years experience, joined the firm, bringing a particular interest in the law relating to children, and adoption. The firm has established contacts with accountants, pensions advisors, insurance brokers and other professionals, to assist in resolving financial matters resulting from the breakdown of relationships. |
