Sam is a Partner in the Litigation Practice as well as head of the firm’s Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team and part of the Finance Practice .
She deals with a broad range of commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on contractual and corporate finance issues including franchising, distribution and agency agreements. She is also involved with disputes concerning joint ventures, share sale and purchase agreements, partnerships and trusts both within and outside the media and entertainment sphere.
Sam also works with the Aviation Group and the Charities Group.
Sam joined the firm in 1996 from Titmuss Sainer Dechert (now Dechert) and was made a Partner in 1999. She became the firm's Managing Partner in August 2000 (a post she held until August 2005), making her one of the youngest female managing partners of any law firm. |
