Shaun gained LLB hons in 1986 at Exeter University and attended Chester College of Law in 1987. He articled at Wiggin & Co from 1987. He was an assistant solicitor at Wiggin & Co from 1989, then managed the Los Angeles office from 1993-95. Shaun was also awarded the Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice by Bristol University in 1994. He then became a Partner in 1997. His expertise is media – more specifically, intellectual property and technology, computers and software, the internet, e-commerce and interactive television and music. |
