After 10 years in engineering, Simon has since 1987 specialised in solving problems and disputes in the construction and heavy engineering industries, together with negotiating and preparing major project documentation both nationally and internationally. He has extensive experience of projects and disputes domestically and internationally. He has worked on all major UK domestic forms of contract, ad hoc contracts and FIDIC contracts.
Simon has sat as a board member of dispute review boards and as an adjudicator. He has represented parties at conciliations, mediations and adjudications.
Simon is the co-author of Tolley's Guide to Construction Contracts. He is recognised as one of the leading individuals in the field of construction law. |
