Simon started his career in personal injury law in 1991 handling claims as a defendant practitioner. In 2001 he joined Bridge McFarland and became part of the Accident Team handling claims on behalf of claimants. That same year he was tasked with setting up a Claims Department handling volume litigation from the Lincoln office. The experience gained was instrumental in providing the basis for the creation of a new case management package for the entire Practice designed specifically to accelerate individual claims to conclusion whilst ensuring no compromise of the standard of service Bridge McFarland has become recognised for.
