 | The Firm was established by a merger on 1st May 1993 by the merger of Spearing & Co founded by Warwick Spearing in 1973 and Parsons Waite, an old established practice with its roots in the nineteenth century. Since then the Firm has grown rapidly in terms of personnel and also the range of services and expertise which it provides. In an increasingly impersonal age, the practice prides itself on fostering and maintaining direct personal contact with its clients.
Our philosophy is to provide our clients with a friendly, efficient service of the very highest quality. We have staff fluent in Catalan, French, Gujerati, Polish, Punjabi and Spanish to assist those of our clients with foreign dealings.
We have achieved the quality standard of Lexcel (The Law Society’s Practice Management Standard) and Investors in People. To maintain these standards the Firm undergoes extensive annual reviews and quality audits. |
